Tuscany, a region in Central Italy with Florence as its Capital City, is renowned for its beautiful landscapes, high society culture, rich artistic legacy, and as the birthplace of Italian Renaissance. Tuscany is the home and birthplace of many world famous artists, musicians, scientists and architects including Leonardo Da Vinci, Galileo, and Michelangelo, to name the few. There are many well known museums in the entire Tuscany region including in Florence and smaller urban areas. Tuscany cuisine and culinary and wines are world famous.





Historical Center of Florence, and Siena, and the Square of Cathedral of Pisa, are few of the many world heritage sites in the Tuscany. Besides, there are more than 120 protected nature reserves, which makes Florence and Tuscany region as one of the most favorite tourist destinations in Europe. The climate in Tuscany is a mix of fairly mild in the coastal areas, to harsh and rainy in the inner regions with wide variations in the summer and winter temperatures. Tuscany has numerous churches, castles, art galleries, palaces, museums, piazzas, and many other places of artistic and architectural marvels.
