Buy the best quality of tomatoes, squash, other vegetables and the top brand of ready-made pasta from the super market. It is advisable to shop for fresh and organic vegetables because these are healthier and contain more nutritional value. You can try out plums instead of tomatoes for making sauce. Plums taste much better than tomatoes and contain less seeds.

















Brief Procedure to Cook Pasta

Oven should be kept preheated at 400 degrees. Mix the vegetables, add salt, pepper to taste, and then soak the vegetable with olive oil. Allow the vegetable to roast in the oven until brownish.
